The dog scarf itself is not a new invention, for decades you have seen dogs with scarves on the streets. Both small and large four-legged friends can wear the scarves, which are available in all variations. It is only important that you do not force anything on the dog - no matter what accessory it is.
Neat dog accessory with a comfort factor
Neckerchiefs are especially useful for dogs in winter, as they can protect against wind and cold, much like a human scarf. So the garment can be useful and chic at the same time. You can find neckerchiefs for dogs in all shapes, colors, sizes and patterns. The materials range from classic cotton to easy-care microfibre to functional materials such as water-repellent neoprene. They are painted, embroidered and provided with a wide variety of applications.
Tip: cloths with the dog name on them are popular. You can also have your address or phone number embroidered in case your dog has run away and is found by strangers. Which dog neckerchief is the right one for your four-legged friend, depends on your taste in terms of appearance - the dog doesn't care about color and design. For the fur nose, on the other hand, comfort counts: the dog's neckerchief must neither disturb nor impair your dog.

Buy and put on a dog scarf: this should be noted
Ideally, a dog will not notice his dog's neckerchief at all, but simply looks good for his surroundings. Make sure that it is by no means too narrow and does not hinder its movement. It is important that the cloth is not chemically treated and does not smell of perfume or fabric softener. This can be the case, for example, if you put a dog's scarf on your dog, i.e. a scarf that is actually made for people and is only converted for the dog. The dog's sense of smell is very sensitive and reacts sensitively to artificial scents.
It is best to give your dog to get used to his new dog accessory, the cloth in the dog basket or the dog bed for a few days so that it can take on its smell. If you find that your dog does not like the cloth and nothing changes after a few test attempts, please refrain from putting it on.
